What to expect from 2011

Gaga and Beyonce certainly made a big trend set for last year with their music video of telephone but what to be expect this year of them. Beyonce is pregnant so do we expect a line of maternity wear to go with the fever fragrance and will Gaga create another show stopping dress of something much more surprising than meat?
With the VAT going up it is hard to follow the styles of Eve Longoria; who is giving a helping hand in modelling Posh's new line. So who are the trend setters for 2011?
Ke$ha's up coming release of her new album Cannibal and sightings of her at the EMA's and teen choice awards in a rock chic and edgy fashion, but will it turn the tables on the "folk" music trend we have been inspired by so far. Stars like Adam Lambert can hope for the best that that the rock trends will slowly take over the high street retailers like Topshop/Topman, Republic and Cecil Gee.
But it's not the singers that have seemed to make an impression in 2010 with their styles. Dannii Minogue certainly turned up the heat in the best dressed competition between the judges of Xfactor. With her new line Project D Dannii Minogue may be the most loved person in the January sales at the moment of course she can't take all of the credit. Tabitha the women's wear brand also gave a helping hand in creating the simplistic minimal garments by Dannii Minogue. But mabey its not  Project D line Dannii seems to be making a trend out of, her recent appearance on the M&S adverts with the glamorous model Ziggy and top comedy man Peter Kay and have no doubt improved on the sale rates of M&S's old fashioned styles of suits and dresses. Perhaps a change in the old age elbow pad jacket, although I have heard the're in.
Hugo Boss have made a more appealing look to the youth with their more luxury casual styles in Boss Orange  but we can't expect to pay £39.99 for knit cap. Perhaps we can go down town to see if we can get the next closest thing in Burtons.
2011 will surely be difficult as we expect high prices from our favourite shops but hopefully a change in theme from the high street retailers.
